Germaine Ruffin, CASAC, ICADC

Program Director, Behavioral Health

Germaine is a Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC), dedicated to helping those who suffer from the disease of addiction and mental health disorders. Germaine began his career working in the field of Human Service in 2009 as a counselor with Daytop Outpatient Services. Prior to joining Victory Recovery Parnters, Germaine served as the Lake Ronkonkoma Campus Director of Phoenix House.

Germaine received his Bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Service from Ashford University and is currently attending Arizona State University MSW program.

Germaine believes that “obstacles are opportunities to be creative”, and uses this to fuel his work through the challenges of the Human Service field.
