Victory Recovery Partners meets each of its clients right where they’re at, providing non-judgmental support to patients as they detox from addiction and move through recovery. The practice has been built upon a true medical foundation that works, avoiding old-school abstinence or trendy new approaches. The practice remains true to its roots, offering the most advanced medical and psychiatric support to patients in Farmingville, Shirley, Massapequa, and Hempstead New York. At Victory, patients come first; everything else follows.
The team at Victory Recovery Partners focuses on providing personalized and comprehensive care, tailoring every aspect of addiction treatment to meet the patient’s unique physical and mental needs.
What We Offer
Personalized Treatment
The team delivers all-inclusive care under one roof, including medication-assisted treatment (MAT), psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and individual, group, and family therapy.
MAT supports a safe detox with medications that curb cravings and stop withdrawal symptoms. The team specializes in using Suboxone®, Sublocade®, and Vivitrol® to treat opioid, alcohol, and cocaine use disorders. After detox, the team works closely with each patient to provide ongoing mental health and wellness care and coordinate the services needed to move forward into a successful life.
Victory also offers “wellness services” to patients that may not have a primary care physician, yet need treatment for basic health conditions in addition to core recovery services. Victory Recovery Partners treats the “whole person.” The team uses counseling, intensive outpatient services, case management, and psychiatric services to treat co-occurring disorders. Victory Recovery Partners goes a step beyond addiction treatment by also treating the medical conditions found frequently in people with addictions, such as hepatitis C and high blood pressure.

In Person or Telehealth Treatment Services
Patients can choose between in-person care and convenient tele-therapy visits. Either way, patients get help from a broadly experienced team of board-certified addiction medicine specialists, psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, physician assistants, behavioral health counselors, and recovery peers.
Compassionate & Caring
Caring & Experienced Staff
A compassionate staff member will respond to calls and see new patients within 24-48 hours of first contact. The practice offers same-day appointments and accepts every kind of insurance.
Enhancing Overall Care
There are many roads to recovery & Victory Recovery Partners takes them all.
The practice is fully certified by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (NYS OASAS), providing outpatient addiction recovery that helps patients overcome their addiction and live healthier lives.
