Congratulating Victory Recovery Partners’ Isiah Hinson

Victory Recovery Partners, a network of seven addiction/recovery centers on Long Island, New York, provides top level outpatient services to our patients. Through the efforts of our dedicated, determined, and hard-working staff, we continually help our patients overcome their addictions and substance use disorders. One of our valued employees, Isiah Hinson, was recently celebrated for his dedication and commitment to helping the addiction/recovery population.

Prior to working at Victory, Isiah (BA, CASAC-ADV) worked at Phoenix House, an addiction/recovery center.  Recently, Isiah was contacted by Phoenix House, as they wanted to honor him at their Bloom: A Journey of Growth Recovery Soiree. Isiah was presented with the Rosenthal Spirit of Recovery Award, which is one of Phoenix House New York’s highest honors. The award recognizes individuals whose lives and work exemplify the spirit of transformation, leadership, and advocacy in recovery.

While Isiah no longer works with Phoenix House, it is truly special and worth emphasizing that his former company wanted to celebrate his past achievements. This shows the true impact that Isiah had on his community at Pheonix House. Our Victory team is thrilled to celebrate Isiah’s incredible achievement in receiving the Rosenthal Spirit of Recovery Award. This honor is a testament to Isiah’s unwavering dedication, outstanding work ethic, and the remarkable impact he has had on our team and the patients that he has served. His commitment to excellence continues to inspire everyone around him. Whether through his impeccable counseling strategies, tireless support for his peers, or the passion he brings to every patient he has served, Isiah has shown what it means to counsel with integrity and purpose.

Isiah has been working at Victory Recovery Partners since 2021 as a counselor within the legal community specializing in working with DWI offenders. Isiah has worked in the past as an Assistant Director, Director of Operations, and Program Supervisor within several modalities of treatment including residential treatment, inpatient detox and outpatient treatment. We recognize that working with the addiction/recovery population, while incredibly rewarding, is not easy. Throughout his career, Isiah has proven that through hard work, dedication, and a positive attitude, the lives of our patients can be forever changed.
