Samantha started her education at Suffolk Community College where she earned an Associate’s Degree in psychology. Samantha continued her education at Adelphi University, earning her Bachelor’s in Psychology before earning her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Substance Abuse Counseling. While at Adelphi, Samantha developed a passion for Substance Abuse Counseling, earning a volunteer opportunity at a nearby substance abuse program. Samantha remained at that program for 8 years, working her way up to a full-time Counselor while supervising incoming Interns.   

 

Samantha joined the Victory team in May 2020 as a Full-Time Clinician. Since being hired, Samantha has held the titles of Senior Counselor, Program Supervisor, and finally, Executive Director. Samantha enjoys working with this population and assisting in linking patients to referrals that best fit the patients’ needs.
