Programs & Levels of Care in Shirley, NY

Additional Treatment Offerings
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
As one of Victory’s Suffolk County locations, Shirley offers full access to MAT—including Methadone services, which are not available at our Nassau County clinics.
We provide safe, supervised, and evidence-based MAT for:
- Opioid Use Disorder (e.g., heroin, fentanyl, painkillers)
- Methadone
- Suboxone (Buprenorphine)
- Sublocade
- Alcohol Use Disorder (e.g., Vivitrol)
- Stimulant Use Disorders (including off-label treatment options for cocaine, based on clinical evaluation)
We also offer outpatient detox services for alcohol and benzodiazepines, when medically appropriate.

While not a full-service urgent care or primary care office, we can help manage many common medical conditions and refer to outside specialists as needed.
Note: Wellness and psychiatric services are available only to patients actively enrolled in one of our treatment programs.
